Reply detection
Nothing burns goodwill faster than a scheduled follow-up that arrives after someone already replied. CraftNudge watches the inbox and shuts the sequence down the moment a real answer lands.
The worker polls each connected inbox over IMAP and matches incoming mail back to the exact message it sent, by Message-ID. Because it matches on your own sends, unrelated mail — including warmup traffic from whatever tool you warm with — never gets mistaken for a campaign reply.
The sequence stops immediately. You read and answer from one place, in the same thread.
Detected, classified by DSN code, and the lead is marked bounced — separated from genuine replies so it never counts as engagement.
Recognised as an automatic reply, not a human one. It does not count as a reply, and by default it does not stop the sequence — you decide.
A reply from anyone at the same company can stop the whole company, if you switch that on — so you stop pitching a firm that already answered.
Replies land in one place where you can read the full message and answer in-thread. It is a focused reply view, not a full shared-inbox CRM — that is a different product, and we are honest about not being it.
