CraftNudge

The sending layer for cold email

Cold email that
knows when to stop.

CraftNudge sends your sequences from your own inboxes, follows up until somebody answers, then gets out of the way. No cap on how many people you reach, and the plainest deliverability data you have ever been shown.

14-day trial. No card. You bring your own Google inboxes.

The reason it exists

Every outreach platform meters the one thing you need most: the number of people you are allowed to talk to.

Pay more, get a bigger number. Stop paying, lose the list. CraftNudge was built the other way round. It sends through inboxes you already own, has no opinion about how many contacts you load, and charges one flat price no matter how far you scale.

The difference

We show you what the receiving server actually said.

Most tools hand you a made-up health score. CraftNudge stores Google's literal reply to every send, and tells apart a bounce that means your data is wrong from one that means your reputation is slipping. Same number on a dashboard, opposite fix.

How it works

01

Connect your inbox

Google Workspace, or anything that speaks SMTP and IMAP. Credentials are encrypted before they touch the database, and a connection test tells you straight away whether sending and reading both work.

02

Write the sequence

As many steps as you need, waits in days, hours or minutes, A/B variants per step. Every column in your CSV becomes a variable you drop into the copy.

03

Load the list

A thousand contacts or a hundred thousand. Duplicates dropped, dead domains flagged before they cost you a bounce, blocklist respected.

04

Let it run

Sends go out inside your hours, spaced like a person, rotating across inboxes, never past a cap. Follow-ups thread into the original. The moment someone replies, the sequence stops.

What is inside

Sending

Rotation across inboxes, per-inbox daily caps, ramp-up for new mailboxes, randomised gaps so nothing looks machine-timed.

Sequences

Multi-step campaigns, A/B variants that can auto-favour the winner, follow-ups that stay in the same thread.

Deliverability reporting

The raw SMTP response on every send, bounces classified by cause, opens told honestly. Not a score we invented.

Reply detection

IMAP polling separates real replies from bounces and out-of-office, then stops the sequence before you embarrass yourself.

Protection

One-click unsubscribe on every send, automatic blocklisting, a guard that pauses any inbox whose bounce rate climbs.

Foundations

An API behind every screen, every send accounted for, your workspace isolated from every other.

What it does not do

No warmup pool. No lead database. No AI writing your emails for you.

Each is a product in its own right, and a shallow version bolted on would make the sending worse. CraftNudge does one job properly and expects you to bring the judgement. Keep your warmup where it is — here is how we compare.

Run your own outreach.

Connect an inbox, write a sequence, and let it work through the list at a pace that keeps you out of the spam folder.
